Cancellation - No Shows
Because G Lash & Brow is an appointment-only business, we ask all our clients to kindly let us know 12 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. If you have booked your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment, please let us know 3 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Should you cancel your appointment time with less than the allotted hours, you will be charged 50% of your service charge which will be refunded at your rescheduled appointment.
It happens to the best of us, so we get it. Please let us know if you will be running late, and we will try our best to accommodate you if you arrive late. However, if you arrive 15 minutes or more late, we will need to reschedule your appointment to ensure we are on schedule for our next client.
Our prices do not include gratuities and taxes; any amount you choose to leave will be greatly appreciated. Tips are not required but clients are asked to be generous with technicians, as they work on tips. The standard tip gratuity is from 15 to 20 percent of the normal service price. Due to high fees from card companies, we would greatly appreciate if you kindly used cash to pay for your gratuity.
You may return any unopened and unused products within 7 days from original purchase date for a full refund. If in the unlikely event there is a defective product or quality concerns, please return within 7 days to receive a refund. After 7 days, the product is nonrefundable.
Your privacy is important to us. We collect personal information (name, email, and phone number) in order to maintain a seamless client booking system. Your information will never be disclosed to any third party.
